Introduction

Sitting between the villages of Lochailort and Glenfinnan, Loch Eilt Is a freshwater loch that runs along the West Highland Railway Line. With several small, tidal islands visible throughout the loch, these were frequently used in the Harry Potter films, used as the location for one character’s eventual grave.
